Our history

The Restaurant Bisson in Rambouillet was established in 1973 by André Bisson, a chef of the France national football team from 1990 to 2004. After a good meal on the shadded terrace or in the dining room you can directly access the beautiful park of the Chateau de Rambouillet and continue your walk to the National Sheepfold.

France national football team won the world cup in 1998 and the European football championship in 2000. André Bisson practiced his skills and developed his cuisine in more than 70 countries around the world: Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Russia, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal, Italy, Spain, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Turkey, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Chile, South Africa where he had the honor of being hosted by president Nelson Mandela.


Elegant interior and design

Bisson restaurant in Rambouillet offers fine french cuisine in a modern and refined setting, garden terrace with the view on the town hall square and the park of the Chateau de Rambouillet. Our restaurant has wheelchair access and can receive groups. We can host 46 guests inside and 60 guests on the terrace.

Restaurant Bisson is buying fresh food products in Rungis in Parisienne region and is offering homemade dishes. Our starters, our dishes, our desserts are cooked fresh to order. The sirloin, the veal and the beef fillet are of french origin.
